We need a sitter or couple while we visit our children in New Zealand over the Christmas Season.

Our home is a 4x2 on 721 sq m. There is a small garden back and front, a separate workshop and garden shed next to the double garage. The garden is fully reticulated on an automatic timer and we have a gardener who cuts the grass and any heavy work.

The sitters will have full access to the house and environs, except for the main en-suite and workshop which will be locked. They will have a queen-sized bed with the use of the family bathroom, toilet and laundry fitted with washing machine and dryer. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen. There is an extensive patio with BBQ facilities, table and chairs which are available to use.

There are no pets, although we do encourage birds to visit our birdbaths and flowers.

We would like the sitters to care and enjoy our home as we do.
