House sitting and pet care.

We have 1 female, very friendly and happy desexed kelpie dog, who needs to be walked twice a day and given a good run and a wash on weekends - usually at Dog Beach. She is an indoor dog but is not permitted on any beds or furniture. (Kelpies shed a fair bit) there is a vacuum cleaner and carpet sweeper to keep this under control. She likes to play a lot - chase the ball (she will not bring it back) and tug-o-war. She also likes to hang out with people so if you are just sitting or working she will want to be near you (depends on your bond) - she probably would not tolerate an additional pet in her home, so no extra pets, please.

There is a large office/work area that fits an adult and 2 children or 2 adults.

Small outdoor BBQ and eating area with decent-sized lawn, automatic watering system - the lawn may need extra watering during hotter days.

Basic garden care - mow 2 small lawns, the back lawn and front sloped verge lawn. (Lawnmower available)

3 small indoor plants need to be watered.

This is a 3 bedroom home with a master and ensuite and 2 single bedrooms and a main bathroom with separate toilet.

We have friendly older/mature neighbours.
