Howlong is a small friendly town on the Murray about 30km downstream from Albury. Our house is a mid 70s home that has recently been upgraded with a new kitchen and bathrooms, new carpets and floorcoverings. It is a comfortable home, thee bedrooms, two bathrooms and two living areas. Its kept cool in the warm weather by a ducted reverse cycle air conditioner. Walking distance to shops, pubs, cafes etc, the Golf Club is renowned for its greens, and the river for its fishing, both only a few minutes drive. We have plenty of offstreet parking for a caravan or motorhome.

We are looking for someone to look after our house and two small cavoodles. The dogs are Bea (3.5 yo female) and Beau (3 yo male). Both are desexed and well behaved, neither have any health issues.
