We have a large Heritage home with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms in quiet street but still very close to shops, centre of town and Maitland train station. Big garden with pool and terrace area. Carport, wifi, Netflix, gourmet kitchen and fireplace.

Full use of desk and office space with view to garden for any remote workers.

Lots of lovely areas to walk, along the Hunter river and cafe and shops are nearby.

Bedroom has queen bed and wardrobes.

Person staying in house to care for 8yo Labrador who is very affectionate and easy going but likes a daily walk.

Only need to open/close chook pen and check that their seed is kept topped up, water for them is automatic.

Please enquire if you can also be a bit flexible with dates as we tend to fly standby and this can be often plus/minus a day or two.
