House sitting while I am away, require house sitter to sleep overnight at my home. No pets to look after, minimum amount of gardening if wanting to do so. Any thing else will be discussed with person wishing to house sit.

The house is close to public transport (bus stop outside the house and Laburnum and Blackburn stations nearby).

About a 30 minute walk to Blackburn Lake Sanctuary.

Supermarket, Chemist and a variety of shops also close by. Many coffee shops and restaurants in the area.

Close to Eastern Freeway.
