I have a small but easy and comfortable home in a brilliant location near the 11 tram, the Mernda train line, Merri Creek, Preston market, High St Thornbury restaurants and cinema.

Would suit a single person or couple best with 1 queen bedroom and a small single room. There is air con and recently renovated kitchen with dishwasher. There is some outdoor space.

I am looking for someone to care for the house and a 2.5 year old Spoodle called Red. Red loves a cuddle on the couch and 2 walks per day. He can stay at home on his own for a day or two a week but is used to having people around and about and in and out most days. I also have a cat but am looking to put him in a cattery to keep things simple if required.

I would provide some details for others who can mind Red for a day or two if you go away during the 3 weeks that I am away. I prefer someone who genuinely loves dogs and can handle that he has a bit of anxiety around the front fence (barks) and sometimes on walks if walking past a grey hound or french bulldog! We can meet and go through all of this to see if it would work for you and for him.
