We are looking for someone to care for our beautiful dog Ava, 4 chickens and our 3 bedroom home in Booval, Ipswich, (35 mins from Brisbane city). Ipswich is renowned for its historical buildings, parks, community events and a burgeoning arts & food scene.

Our lovely, 9 year old blue cattle dog Ava is very friendly, sleeps inside and loves a play, a pat and a walk. We also have 4 chickens who are delightful, like a chat, try to come inside :) but are really easy to care for. It would be great if you could mow the yard once while we are gone if possible. This shouldn't take any longer than 30 minutes but it's not a deal breaker.

Our home is close to shops, public transport and is easily accessible. We have a good sized yard with the back fenced and easily able to fit a caravan if required. We have an undercover area for relaxing in the back yard as well.

We have fabulous neighbours who are quiet, friendly and happy to help if you need a hand. Whilst it can be quite hot in summer, our home is incredibly well insulated and has air-conditioning in the lounge which reaches to the bedrooms. Due to the insulation, we often don't need to run the air-conditioning through summer.
