We have one friendly dog who needs a daily walkies round the nearby oval, and some company during the day. So we would prefer not someone who is out all day.

Definitely a non-smoker. The house is near public transport, a park, shops, restaurants, the bush. We have had housesitters in the past and it has been successful and enjoyable.
