Hi looking for someone / couple who wants a peaceful space walking distance to the beach. Would need to be able to care for our cat and 4 chooks and basic garden care (nothing fancy - the lawn might need a mow with our electric mower for example). We have a large driveway behind a gate so pleanty of room to park a caravan or motorhome.
