Our home is situated in Ocean Grove, literally 300m from the surf beach. It is a medium size house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. We have a pool and secure yard. The house is split level with the living area upstairs above a garage. Fifteen steps at the front and 5 in the rear.

The house is located near local shops and general purpose businesses. With easy walking distance to local cafe.

Our two dogs are a Groodle and Maltese Shitzu. Both are very friendly and love being with people.

The house has central heating and cooling with large smart TV.
