Looking for a responsible sitter with dog experience.

Property is located in Belli Park (Sunshine Coast hinterland) on 22 acres of bush with a beautiful creek and remnant rainforest running through. The home sits elevated and looks out at the canopy of trees with lots of wildlife activity. The location is less than 20 minutes to the towns of Eumundi or Kenilworth and 40 mins to the beaches of Noosa.

The property is simple but clean and comfortable with all amenities. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is gas cooking, filtered rain water on tap, on grid electricity, excellent wifi (starlink) and smart tv.

There are two dogs at the property - a Weimaraner who's 9 and a Bracco Italiano who's 3. Both are lovely natured dogs though more specifically, the Weimaraner can be strong willed and mischievous and the Bracco is placid and laid back. Both dogs are overall well behaved and easy going.

I ask for someone experienced because the property is not fully fenced and so you must be responsible with them when out walking the property. They both wear e collars when walking and are trained to recall with a tone on the collar and/or voice command .

We have built a temporary small fenced in area off of the deck so they can be let out without supervision or fear of them wandering off.

Dogs hang out wherever we are but typically are not allowed in the kitchen as one is an opportunist. They are fed twice a day and ask to be let out when they want to pee etc . They are walked in the morning, lunch and evening on the property.

They are happy to be left at home but for no more than 5-6 hours at maximum.

Pleas let me know your experience with dogs in your reply and if you are comfortable with using a remote e-collar. Other pets welcome upon discussion. Happy to discuss more upon expression of interest!
