We have a comfortable home, 10 minutes walk to the beach We are also approximeately 10 minutes from Park Beach Plaza.
We no longer have pets and the garden requires minimum care during this time. Older home, well kept, quiet suburb.
We have a small importing business, run by just my husband and I. We use our downstairs area as storeage
During the time we are away, we will require someone to handle and post any orders that we receive. We will supply all packing equippment, and would show you what is expected in the way of wrapping. We can email thru addresses or any information required. Finding the product will be easy as they are all marked
These orders will then need to be taken to the post office in Coffs Park Beach PLaza (5 minutes away).
Orders are extremely inconsistant during this time of year, so it could be nothing per week to 2-3. Or it could be a wholesale order which may be 20 bags. We cannot forsee unfortuneately. What we can do is limit any posting to maybe one day per week, so as not to be constantly driving to post office
We have had the same house sitter for the last 3 years, but she has just secured a permanent home. She managed the packing and posting quite easily, we try to make it as easy as possible for whoever is interested in taking on this responsability
We cover all costs associated with the business and are happy to pay for time/ petrol/ outgoings involved, all negotiable, just let us know what you think is fair.
We will be away for the 3 months, but the sit is open also from mid june to mid august
