We need someone to care for our two indoor cats. Looking after them is easy - they just need feeding, cat litter cleaning and some company. We also have a few indoor plants and a small courtyard garden. We have a very comfortable three bedroom/two bathroom home close to the train (10 minute walk) as well as buses. There are a number of good cafes and restaurants nearby as well as supermarkets.
