G'day fellow house sitters.

I have a beachside house available from December 24 to January 1st in beautiful beachside St Kilda in exchange for pet sitting/house sitting.

Perfectly located on a quite leafy street, Grosvenor Street Balaclava. Perfect for a relaxing Christmas or NYE getaway.

From Dec 24th to the 1st of January 2024, I have a beautiful home available right amongst the action of ST Kilda, Ripponlea, and Elsternwick and Windsor, Chapel Street.

Also many lovely parks nearby as well Alma road park, Caulfield park, Greenmeadows park, St Kilda botanical gardens. The list goes on ..

At the heart of all the action. You will never be bored. So many cafes, bars, and restaurants.

Consider staying in a beautiful leafy suburb right by the beach, in a lovely house in St Kilda (10 minutes from the beach) 15 minutes to the city by train, and 5 to 10 minute walk or tram to the action of Ackland Street, St Kilda.

A clean tidy 1 bedroom apartment with a courtyard, I live close to the shops, the beach, and many many cafes and restaurants.

Public transport is very easy accessible and available with 2 train stops less than 5 minutes away and multiple trams nearby.

Free internet

Free bike to ride to the local shops.

Free street parking

I have a dog named Honey (his a 2 year old schnoodle) he LIVES for attention and cuddles. He thrives off at least one walk a day.

I also have a rescue cat named Kenzie she typically does her own thing very independent (very low maintenance - feed her twice a day and thats all) who would also bring joy, hugs, and cuddles.
