Preference for someone who is home some days as the dogs need to be locked up when out

We have 40 beautiful picturesque acres in the Yarra Valley. Only 10 mins to Seville and 15 mins to Emerald. We have taken in rescue farm animals who are all treated as loving pets. We have 5 goats, 5 sheep, 1 guinea pigs, 2 pet pigs, 4 cows, 4 horses, 2 dogs and a scaredy cat that lives in the barn. All very friendly and love attention. They are easy to look after the main jobs are feeding in morning for some animals and again at night and making sure everyone is secure (put to bed). Doesn't take long. There are plenty of amazing wineries and tourist attractions nearby. We are looking for someone who loves all animals and will take good care of them all. It will be winter time so and it gets cold and wet in our area. We have a fireplace that keeps the house nice and warm.
