Look after two small dogs, feed play and walk twice a day for at least 30 minutes each time

Fill up a snake water bowl once during the day, this can be done from outside the cage and you do not have to do anything else or interact with the snake, it is a children’s python, totally harmless and enclosed

Also feed two cats morning and night, make sure they are let in and let out
