Large house on 25 Acres 4kms from Emu Park Village and Beach, 17 kms to Yeppoon. Watering plants and looking after chooks.

There are 2 living areas, one bedroom for use of a sitter, a kitchen with ample appliances and a pantry with cooking ingredients. We have a lovely screened area that is good for daily use.

We need a sitter to water the gardens and the pot plants, make sure there is water for the native birds, manage the chooks, let them out to free range, keep up clean water and food.

This is a very quiet property with wildlife so any dogs would need to be kept under control.

Emu Park is a lovely village with a Drakes, Chemist, and other services.

Only a few minutes drive to the beach.

Couples preferred however sleeping could be arranged for a small family.

We would be flexible with dates if a shorter period suits a confirmed sitter.

The watering system operates on petrol pumps. There are several lawn mowers and brush cutters. If sitters are not able to mow we will arrange another person to do the mowing.

The most important parts for sitters are keeping water and food up to the hens, letting them free range and lock up at night and of course mind the property. We have very good neighbours to assist if needed.

Electricity and fresh water is available for caravans. Plenty of room. Sitters are welcome to use the facilities in the house.

People who are interested in shorter terms can apply however would suit those with family or friends in the area.

The house is fully airconditioned and comfortable during high humidity or heat.
