Maintain lawn and gardens and walk one old dog twice a day. We are close to the ocean 1km walk and 150 meters to the river. Shops public transport eateries all within easy walking distance. Great place to base yourself and have a good look at the area, there are so many towns within easy driving distance day tripper's delight. Or just sit back on the sunny verandah and read a book and watch the world go by. As I often say we live in paradise.
