I have one cat who likes company, so a homebody/home-based worker would be ideal.

I need someone to care for the cat and house for three weeks Dec 17-Jan 9.

The house has one bedroom and a spacious living/dining area. It is newly renovated (2 years ago). Ideal for one person. Loads of public transport (buses and light rail). Close to cafes. Very central.

I have quite a few indoor plants that require watering a couple of times a week and small front and rear gardens that will requite water every couple of days.

My cat is very well behaved and likes company. She uses a litter box. Solids need to be removed every day (easy) and the litter changed every week (twice a week if she has used it a lot). She is strictly an indoor cat. I live on a busy road so it is essential that she stays indoors.

The bins need to be put out and brought in once a week.

It's fairly easy here in terms of demands.

I travel often so I am ideally looking for someone who can be a regular house/pet sitter.

My house will be clean and organised. Bedding, towels, etc will be provided of course.

Note: I had two cats until recently but one has died..
