Looking for someone/couple preferably non smoker to look after house, garden and pet whilst we are away. We are in a small 3 bed, 1 bath brick lowset in a reasonably quiet area although the street is a bus route. We are within a short walk to the shops which includes Woolworths, takeaway outlets, bakeries, cafes, newsagents, a pub and Golf Club not that far away. There are walks that take you to view the bay, parks and over to the islands nearby. If you're into fishing or golf or just relaxing in a fairly quiet little village not that far from Brisbane and Gold Coast our small abode could be it. We have just one dog a fairly well behaved energetic 8 year old 16 kg girl staffy. She loves walks and can run after a ball until exhaustion. We have a fairly large area of gardens but really only a few pots to tend to with watering including a few Bonsais. Note we have air conditioning in the living room/dining area and main bedroom and ceiling fans to other rooms. We do have wifI. Sorry no pool. One requirement for securing a sit with us is that we would like to meet up first before any decision is made this is to mainly ensure a good connection with yourselves and Gracie our dog. We have a relaxing outdoor area is our 2nd loungeroom/entertainment area with ceiling fan and TV.
