We've got a house on 10 very private acres in the hills above Franklin in the Huon Valley.

We have 2 pretty active German Short Haired Pointers and 3 miniature goats.

Aside from feeding and walking the dogs and feeding the goats, our place is pretty straightforward to look after.

The house is warm and cosy with a wood fire and reverse cycle heating.

We're only 15 minutes to Huonville and about 40 to Hobart. Franklin is a beautiful village with a pub, cafes and a fascinating history and if you love boats, it's probably perfect.

You'll likely spot Wedge Tail Eagles, wallabies, Echidnas and maybe even quolls at our place.
