We have a near new home overlooking the golf course in the beachside area of Bargara, new Bundaberg. It is a very easy care home, with an independent cat (aren’t they all), and a small aviary with finches which only require seed and water a couple of times a week. Preferably, we would like a couple or an active single who doesn’t mind a bit of light mowing for a small lawn area and keeping an eye on the garden. The area has many walking tracks along the coastline, and it is known for turtles from Sept - Feb each year, drawing thousands to view this each year. If you play golf or bowls, both are close by, as is the supermarket, cafes and public transport, all are within a short walking distance.

Unfortunately, there is no room for caravan parking.
