We require someone to be home for most of the day as we have 2 inside dogs with no dog door to access outside. The dogs are left inside when no one is home and can be left for a few hours. The dogs need a walk each day. The dogs sleep inside in our bedroom and they have tablet medication to take each day which they take with no problems.
