Take care of one indoor cat who loves people and needs interaction every day. Feed twice per day, scoop out cat toilet once per day, play and cuddle a couple of times per day. He spends a lot of time on outside upstairs balcony and does not jump off.

Take care of house: collect mail, tidy up leaves etc outside, especially after a windy storm, run fans or air conditioner to keep good airflow in the house. We are by the ocean so the air can be moist and needs movement to keep it drier. Mow small lawn in backyard.
