Requirements

I have a two-bedroom unit in the Limestone Coast, about 30 minutes from the beautiful Coonawarra wine region. It’s a peaceful, quiet spot in a small complex, ideal for some downtime.

The Home

- Bedrooms: You can use either or both bedrooms. There are plenty of sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels to keep you comfy.

- Wi-Fi: The unit has Wi-Fi, so you’ll be able to stay connected during your stay.

- Entertainment: There’s no TV, but there’s a projector for streaming Netflix, Disney, Crunchyroll, ABC, Nine, Spotify, YouTube, and more.

- Outdoor Space: A small front and back yard if you feel like some fresh air.

- Appliances: You’re welcome to use the washing machine, fridge, stove, and anything else you might need in the house.

The Dogs

You’ll be looking after two lovely Large Munsterlander dogs: Lemonade (2.5 years) and Peppermint (2 years). Both are friendly, affectionate, and love a good cuddle!

- Lemonade: He’s a happy, playful dog but likes to carry his toys and do his own thing most of the time.

- Peppermint: Pep is easygoing and loves spending time with you. She loves to play and is just as happy relaxing and having cuddles.

Daily Routine

- Walks: Both dogs enjoy their walks, and we usually take two a day—one in the morning and another in the afternoon. There are plenty of parks nearby for a relaxing stroll.

- Feeding: The dogs' food is split into two meals, with both being fed in the morning and afternoon. Lemonade eats in his special feeding chair (Bayley Chair) because of his megaesophagus (he’ll show you how it’s done). After he’s finished, he just needs a 5-minute rest in his chair before getting out.

- Other Care: The dogs have their own beds inside, and a covered outdoor kennel. They don’t sleep on the furniture, even though they might try to charm you or tell you otherwise.

Additional Responsibilities

- Bins: I’ll put the bins at the curb before I leave. All you need to do is bring them back in after they’ve been emptied on the following Tuesday.
