Requirements

Turn on sprinklers for orchids in the shade house and hand water some plants, mow lawn if needed and feed some outdoor fish. This would generally take about 20 minutes a day. Lawns would probably only need to be mowed 1-2 times as it is the dry season and we don't keep the lawn watered.

This is a basic 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home. We will be away during the dry season which is our coolest time of the year but we are fully air-conditioned. There are security cameras around the outside of the house and we are fully fenced. Neighbours are quiet and most are friendly.
