Fully fenced with swimming pool and off street parking.

Very quiet neighbourhood!

Lovely local walks and kayaking (kayaks supplied)!

Some garden care required for small lawn and watering of plants.

7 year old male Cavoodle. Fully desexed and ver well behaved!

Loves his daily 5 k walk!
