We do a lot of short trips for our children’s sports and require someone to dog sit our 2 older English staffies. Molly is 11 and Jade is 8. They are fine with their own company during the day and can be left home alone, however at night they like the presence of a person. They are party of the family, so will sit in the couch with you and jump up and sleep in the bed with you. You won’t need to walk them, we just require someone to stay the night and feed them their dinner.
