We are located on small acerage, with the back of the property connected to a large lake, that can be used for swimming and paddling water craft.

The house is a modern, with an open plan. Just 5 years old. Has 2 spare bedrooms to use. You will have access to broadband internet, The house has ducted air conditioning and a large pool.

There is plenty of room to park a caravan beside the house and that can be connected to power.

We have had both, people stay in Caravan and use the house and people just stay in the house.

We are located near state forests and scenic walking trails and waterfalls and heritage rural towns to visit during the day.

The dogs are active dogs and working breeds. They love a walk down to the lake and have a swim. This is twice a day. Morning and afternoon but will welcome as many as you want to do they will follow you.

The Cats are very different and are inside cats and will most likely not be seen during the time away. They don't really like new people. One, maybe 2 may come out by the end of the stay.

Gardern is just watering. We have quite alot of garden to water. It is around the heat and if we don't have rain, it will need to be watered a few times during those dates.

We live off tank water so, it is pumped up from the lake.

Won't need to mow during that time.

We have found couples work better than singles.
