We have a lovely three bedroom fully furnished home with pool in beautiful Huskisson, NSW. For most of 2025 we will be traveling to Europe where our three adult children live.

We also run a successful separate AirBnB at the rear of our property.

We are looking for a retired or work from home couple who would be willing to co-host and run the Air BnB. This will require the cleaning and preparation of the Air BnB (1.5hrs individually or <1hr jointly), maintaining the properties lawns and gardens (the entire property sits on 300sq m, so not very big) and the pool of possible. As we will be away for a long time we will ask you to pay your own electricity bills.

We also have a gorgeous male miniature poodle who we ‘co-parent’ with friends in neighboring Vincentia.

In return you get to live rent free in beautiful Huskisson. You will be in walking distance to stunning beaches, excellent cafes, restaurants, clubs, pubs, breweries, bakeries, walks, cycleways and a short drive to Booderee National Park.

Recently awarded Australia’ Best small tourist town; the most searched for AirBnB properties in Australia (Jervis Bay) and 5th in the world.

We believe this is a fantastic opportunity to live in and enjoy one of Australia’s greatest nature reserves.
