Hello,

I am going on a 3 week trip to America. I live alone, I have a 2 bedroom flat in a block of 6 in Lutwyche, Brisbane, QLD which is just shy of 10mins north of the city. It’s very close to many forms of public transport and is extremely ideal for anyone wanting to be close to the city and public transport. I’ve only very recently moved in so the second room and the garage are still serving as storage but I am working on having the spare room more functional up until the holiday date. The couch folds out to a queen size bed and there is linen stored within the couch to make up the bed if there is an additional sleeping room required. I have a 5yr old cat Luna who I adore more than anything, that is a little bit shy and takes a bit of warming up to strangers but curiosity will often get the better of her. She has dry biscuits left out as she’s a grazer and then a spoon of wet food in the morning and in the evening around 5:30pm. She will spend a lot of her time on the balcony or asleep on my bed in the main bedroom. She pretty much has full reign of the household but I also understand if you feel comfortable with her not sleeping in the bedroom etc as mentioned earlier as I’ve only recently moved in so there’s still some things not fully settled but I’m very clean, tidy and my landlord takes good care of the maintenance of the flat. My neighbours are friendly enough but we don’t really have much to do with one another so coming and going isn’t an issue. It’s on the 3rd floor up, including the garage as the first floor. There is a washing machine and dryer in the garage and 3 hills hoists down in the back yard but the sun hits the balcony in the morning so a clothes airer would be a great way to dry your clothes. I’m just looking for someone who will respect my home, who will be kind and loving to my cat as I couldn’t bare the thought of putting her in a cattery and someone I can trust to do the right thing and keep my home safe, and undamaged. My mum will be checking in a few times to see if Luna and everything is ok. I will leave her details as an emergency along with my sisters details.
