We live on farm on the Mid North Coast (70acres). We have a small poultry collection to care for and to keep an eye on the 15 cattle. The property has a five bedroom house and five out buildings. It has a swimming pool and gardens. It is also on the tidal river with boat launching facilities.

The house is also the home of our elderly parent who will continue to reside on site whilst we are away. She is very independent and will care for herself.

The site can easily cater for a caravan or the house has 3 additional bedrooms with their own ensuites.

There is undercover parking available. Access to the property is 10km off the freeway with 5km of tar and 5km of gravel road. The nearest village for most needs is 15 minutes away and major shopping centers around 30 minutes away. We have wireless NBN.
