I am looking for someone with the patience to look after a shy cat. A single female would be ideal preferably someone who works or studies from home. I expect that my cat will hide for most of the time I am away, but if the sitter coaxes him out, he loves to spend some supervised time on the balcony watching the birds. Other duties include feeding him, talking to him, attending to the litter daily and doing a full clean of the litter box every 4 days. I have a cleaner who comes every fortnight, and i am happy to continue this arrangement while I am away, so the sitter would need to keep the unit generally tidy but will not have to clean toilets, bathrooms or the kitchen. I have a couple of plants that will need watering. There is some urgency in getting a sitter as my arrangements have just fallen through. I am due to depart on 19 August and not return until 31 October 2025.
