Looking for couple to care for lovely home and gardens. The only animals are some fish, and there's a local possum who visits. Garden is fairly easy care, mainly some watering and clearing palm leaves. Mowing is quick, but good exercise as block is steep! Pets may be welcome, but there are no fences and house has 20+ stairs to the front door so may not be suitable for many dogs.
