Small house on 2 acres set in a small village. We have 1 big soppy dog, 2 goats, 4 sheep and a ram. The house is small and simple but has all the mod cons plus an outside bath we love soaking in and watching the birds in the nearby gum trees. The house and the block are low maintenance so apart from watering some trees and feeding the animals little to do.

We are 2 hours from Melbourne, 45 minutes from Ballarat and an hour from Bendigo.

We are close to Tullaroop Reservoir and close to lots of small gold rush history.
