I need a single female to water my large four ficus, two ginger pot plants and a few small pot plants. No pets in my unit please.

The 6 lvls unit block has two lifts. My studio unit has a queen bed; washing machine; large patio with extended dining table; chairs: cane lounge of two seater, two seats and coffee table; Webber bbq. Tree outside patio gives shade and privacy.

My studio unit is close to Brisbane River

Within less than one kilometre: shopping and dining facilities with supermarket; Home Centre with Aldi and TK Maxx etc: Harvey Norman: Bunnings. Public transport is frequent (bus, ferries and close to train stations). Parks and riverwalk close by. RBWH easily accessed by public transport.

I'm a non-drinker or smoker older Christian woman. I would like a mature single peer group female to enjoy my home. References required. No visitors in my unit.please. My home is close to a wide range of popular dining precincts. No carpark available.
