Hi! We have 3 cats, friendly & playful, one is elderly and does require monitoring for health concerns ( our vet is nearby), but otherwise they are reasonably self sufficient. They are siamese but they are not talky! In fact they only rarely talk, mostly only if Pip wants me to play chasy with him. We have a netted yard. We have a cosy ( warm!) low maintenance house in traditional mountains style, with an automated watering system , however a little mowing would be helpful. Short walk or drive to local shops & bus stop just outside. Our house is on solar w a battery,(and connected to the grid for backup) so all bills are included as well as internet. Suit single person or a couple who love animals. National Park & walking tracks nearby.
