House is low maintenance and our garden only requires watering (not very time consuming) as it has a watering system is also low maintenance requiring lawns to be mowed & trimmed . Our low set home has a spacious patio to enjoy the very relaxing bay side life style. Redland Bay is mid way between Brisbane & Goldcoast and adjacent to the islands, shops at Victoria Point & Capalaba . Our property has broadband internet available.
