Effectively, we have a 3-bedroom 2-bathroom house available for 16 weeks for free, apart from contributing to electricity and gas. There is space for one more vehicle in the garage.

Although it is a 4-bedroom house, we will have moved things from other rooms and placed them in our main bedroom, which will be closed.

The main duties are to keep the place looking reasonably clean and tidy on the outside, mow the lawns when required, and to check that the watering systems are working.

If appropriate, we will require the Hyundai i30 to be driven weekly (to keep the battery charged).

We currently feed magpies and other birds. The house sitter is under no obligation to do so, but may if so desired.
