We have a 8kg Spoodle (spaniel/poodle) who needs feeding and walking. She is an indoor dog and will likely want to sit with you.

The home is a nice air conditioned Queenslander with fast internet, fully renovated kitchen, dedicated office space, and large tv. It is very close to rail, bus, bikeways. There is some railway noise, but you can choose to sleep in the back bedroom which much reduces the noise. No traffic noise at all.

There is room for a caravan on the street outside or in the driveway. It is a dead end road, so there won't be a problem parking it.
