2 people minimum, requires approx 3 hours input a day each. Some heavy lifting involved. Experience with machinery such as mowers, brushcutters and 4wd. Ideally suit a couple looking to move to the area who have an interest in a small holding with cows, pigs, chooks and 2 dogs. There will be some veggies from the garden, olives on the trees to preserve, honey from the hives, eggs from the chooks and meat if you are up to doing some rooster culling, cider from the apples in the orchard and all the bread and pastries you can eat. Long term we are looking for someone to put a tiny house on our 25 hectares, use the land orchard and gardens in return for caretaking duties of grounds and looking after the animals when we are not here.
