No animals. Need a bit of gardening done. Mainly the lawns. Gas electricity and water to be paid other than that no cost.

Is 3 years old. We have great neighbours. Live 400 meters from the bay. Great fishing spot. Lovely community. 3. Bedrooms 2 bathrooms. A rumpus that could be used as an office. We have used the 4th bedroom for our office.
