Quiet, clean living female preferred/couple (no pets or children please). Preferably working from home/ around majority of time. Care for two dogs, a 5 yr old Groodle gentleman, Walter, and Tapi, a 3 yr old high energy Papillon/Pomeranian. Both ball mad but very affectionate. A shy but sweet cat, Sassy. All sleep inside and consider the unit their home. 10 free range chooks who lay the odd egg here or there. Free passionfruit and pumpkin!

Two bedroom unit with separate parking available below main home with access to pool. Owner will be quietly coming and going (casual shift work) from upstairs.

Two acre property in peaceful, rural surrounds.

15 min to beach, shops.

I leave early on the 16th so a 15th start would allow me to show the ropes.
