Our 3.5 bedroom house is located in a suburb of Yeppoon. We are situated within an acreage estate

with a fully fenced block, about 9 minutes from Emu Park and 12 minutes from Yeppoon.

We have two Border Collies, both are lazy, so happy to follow you around the house all day. They can be timid at first but soon enjoy the company of new people, they will not require walking or grooming while we are away, just company. They are crate trained and sleep inside at night.

We also have two peachfaced lovebirds who will just need their water and feed topped up and cage lining changed.

The yard is an acre with a watering system down the bottom half for the fruit trees, and the trees & plants out front will need hand watering. We have a ride on mower, if needed, but hopefully the grass will stay low. We have some indoor plants that will need watering.

Please no small children under 12 or dogs of any size. Our dogs love people and pats, but can be intimidated by the unpredictability of unfamiliar young children. Visiting dogs will either be herded and nipped at mercilessly or not tolerated at all...
