A 3.5 acre property in Yass with main house and separate 2 bedroom cottage. The cottage is where the house sitters would be accommodated.

We have 2 friendly dogs, 2 gentle and easily handled horses and 2 ducks.

Dogs do not require daily walks as they have room on the property for exercise and they have their own yard when no one is home.

Horses will require to be moved between paddocks occasionally, to be fed and watered daily.

Ducks require their water to be changed daily and fed.

There will be some watering of gardens required depending on rainfall.
