Maintaining house in a clean & tidy state

Mow the lawns (preferably can use a zero turn ride on mower)

Feed and care for two jack russell/foxies

Feed and care for one elderly cat

Feed and care for one cockatoo (dont need to handle directly)

Be comfortable in a rural setting (on a farm - but no farm duties required)

Have an understanding of the use of a pressure pump to provide water to the house and pets (not to repair it, just be aware of when its working or not)
