Situated only 10 minutes to Grafton, 50 minutes to Yamba Surf Beach, and 50 minutes to Coffs Harbour / The Big Banana / and Beaches. Grafton is a peaceful regional township on the Clarence River, well known for it's Jacaranda Trees, fishing, picturesque walks, and offers plenty of shopping and entertainment options including it's own cinema.

Our property is on nearly 2 acres located on the residential fringe, which means we are frequently visited by kangaroos and other wildlife.

There is a inground salt chlorinated pool for use, wi-fi available, and plenty of parking.

House-sitting requirements include:

Mature single or couple (no children or pets), non-smoking / non-partying etc

Property is on a downward elevation with lots of steps from house to pool and rear yard. Probably not suitable for sitters wanting to bring their caravan.

Feeding 2 boxer dogs twice daily - one requires medication twice daily at mealtimes - very easy to administer.

Walking of dogs is optional, but preferable

Clearing doggie poos at least every 2nd day from yard space.

Dogs have doggie door for internal / external access, and sleep in their crate at night.

We also have chickens which need to have their water and food checked daily (is automated, however has been known to malfunction here and there)

Collection of eggs daily - please feel free to use.

House sitter accommodation includes bedroom with queen bed and hanging space / drawers, and use of main bathroom and toilet. Laundry with front loader, dryer / outside clothesline also available for use.
