We have a very spoilt Jack Russell - his name is Opie and he's 10 years old.

We also have an ageing canary and 7 chooks.

Opie needs to be fed morning and night and enjoys a walk once a day.

The canary just needs seed and water replenished every 3-4 days and the chooks need pellets, bread and any greenery out of the garden each morning.

They lay great eggs!

Our house is an older style but comfortable with 2 double bedrooms and country style kitchen. Garden both front and back shouldnt need watering in winter but there is a green house and plants under cover that will need a sprinkling perhaps twice while we're away.

There is an old wood stove in the kitchen for heating - wood provided.

Myponga is a very pretty and friendly town - you can explore the other Fleurieu Peninsula towns within 30 -45 minutes from here and Adelaide CBD usually takes about 50-60 minutes.
