Sitter/s required to care for elderly dog a priority, maintain home, but house is fairly low maintenance, no garden maintenance, just watering, veggies, if any and pot plants,in and out.

Dog is 14yo cocker spaniel, lovely natured, but suffers separation anxiety, is good on lead and in car, Loves to be given companionship with lots of pats and an occasional walk.

House has parking area for caravan and nature reserve along one side

House is short walk, 5 Kim, from non swimming surf beach, short drive to shops and nearby Merimbula which has multiple beaches and walking tracks, cafe shops and restaurants, clubs and golf courses.

Merimbula is tourist destination for most of the year, to Canberra, Gippsland, Melbourne.
