New acreage property 5 mins from Warrego highway - half way between Ipswich and Toowoomba: you will be required to water garden using several hoses located on property (they use pump water from large rainwater tank) plus water only 4 real potted plants inside the house, collect mail from entry gate and use ride on lawnmower for some section of the garden (once only) - keep the house clean and entry gate closed. Some garden plants will make lots of flowers so dried flowers should be cleaned away too. Rubbish bins (2 bins one for general waste, one for recycled) every Tuesday evening to street side and on Wednesday morning back to their location after washing those bins near the gate (there is a water point). No pets to care for. All comforts inside house: a/c, town water, TVs, kitchen, vacuum cleaner, laundry etc..
